Andy Harp, Pharm.D.
​
Dr. Harp owns City Pharmacy, Inc., on Broadway Street and Market Place Pharmacy on Huron Lane both in Little Rock. He is a preceptor for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Pharmacy. Dr. Harp previously served on the Board of Directors for Arkansas CPESN, is a member of the National Community Pharmacists Association and the Arkansas Pharmacist's Association. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.) from UAMS College of Pharmacy. Dr. Harp has two children: Kaylee and Kaden and three grandchildren.
Gary Bass, Pharm.D.

Dr. Bass owned City Pharmacy for 31 years and still serves as part-time pharmacist. He previously served as APA President, District 1 President and Area 3 Representative. He was the 2004 recipient of the Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award. He is a preceptor for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Pharmacy and was named Preceptor of the Year in 2000. Dr. Bass is a member of the National Community Pharmacists Association the Arkansas Pharmacist's Association and previously served on the Arkansas Medicaid Drug Utilization Review Board. He earned his B.S. in Pharmacy and Pharm.D. degrees from UAMS College of Pharmacy. Dr. Bass and his wife Jane have three children: Lindsey, Tanner, and Tyler and four grandchildren. They reside in Little Rock and attend the Bible Church of Little Rock.
